A Free Public Service Announcement:
STOP MULTITASKING!
REDUCE YOUR STRESS, INCREASE YOUR
PRODUCTIVITY, THINK WITH ENHANCED CLARITY AND LIVE LONGER!
Just because your computer can run 5-7 tasks
simultaneously doesn't mean you should. In fact, you should never multitask
at all. Multitasking actually wastes time, increases your stress and
puts a serious dent in the quality of your work.
Here's all the proof you need:

Here's one of my favorites about the adversary attorneys
who couldn't believe they agreed to a horrible deal. What happened? The
smart lawyer who scored the deal focused on the negotiations while the
attorneys for the other side kept checking their "smart" phones for emails,
messages, to-dos, etc. so they were endlessly distracted from the
topic at hand. Who's smart now?

This one is slightly
off-topic except for the part where the doctor infects herself with
Hepatitis C when she jabbed herself with the wrong needle while trying to
check her won't-stop-beeping pager while trying to give the Hepatitis C
patient a sterile injection:
