He is currently seeking Microsoft’s newest, highest level of proficiency – the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).

Howard holds two college degrees – a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science in accounting from Middlesex County College.

Before launching RoyalGeeks.Com, Howard was the President & COO of Excaliber Internet Corp., a nationwide Internet Service Provider serving the needs of businesses, school districts and other organizations with their high-capacity Internet and telecommunications needs.

Prior to Excaliber, Howard was RMI.Net’s eastern regional vice president and vice president of education sales.

One constant in Howard’s corporate career has been to place the client on a pedestal front and center to deliver a superior customer experience and total customer satisfaction.
